Yes! - ideal for deliveries to events, birthdays or simply to remove the hassle of caring for a gang of plants before they are needed!
So, if you would like to place an order, but not receive it straight away, simply drop us a message or leave a note on the checkout page stating the date(s) you would like to receive your order around.
Ideally orders containing living items should be unwrapped out of the box straight away or within a few day of arrival at the most. This is to make sure your plants the healthiest they can be in their new home.

We typically prepare orders for shipping within 0–2 business days.

Live plant orders are usually dispatched Monday - Thursday each week to reduce time stuck in transit over the weekends.
Standard Services:
1. Courier Tracked or Royal Mail 2nd (depending on weight): 2-4 working days.
2. Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2-3 working days.
Express Services:
3. Courier Tracked Next Working Day: 1 working day.
4. Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Fedex Priority Tracked (depending on weight): 1 working day.

We’re committed to sustainable, zero plastic packaging. All materials are recyclable or biodegradable, and plants are carefully wrapped in paper to ensure they arrive safely.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch email, please get in touch with your name and order number, and we'll help locate your package.
Once orders have been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking information on all compatible services e.g. Couriers & Royal Mail 24 & 48. If you haven't received a tracking number please let us know and we will send it straight over.
Please note that Royal Mail standard 1st & 2nd class services currently don’t receive full tracking updates.

Really sorry if your order has arrived damaged. We do our upmost to provide sturdy and sustainable packaging however, with the nature sending out lots or living, glass, terracotta and handmade items, sometimes this leads to some breakages.
If you receive damaged or missing items please get in touch straight away with your name, order number and photos of any damage
