Here’s everything you need to know about getting your plants and gifts safely and quickly!
📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared within 0–3 working days (Mon–Fri).
Live plants are generally dispatched Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays in transit.
Larger or more complex orders (e.g. corporate or event orders) and during busy periods like Christmas may take a little longer.
If your order is needed for a specific date (birthday, wedding, event), let us know! We can make sure it’s dispatched in time.

Delivery Info:
Orders placed on weekends or after 16:00 on weekdays are processed the next working day.
Typical couriers: Evri, InPost, Yodel. You can let us know if you prefer a specific courier.
Note: Delivery times are estimates from the courier. Rare delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or mishandling. We’re happy to help if any issues arise.
📦 How We Package Your Order
Each item is wrapped in paper individually or in small groups.
All packaging is made from recycled materials and is completely zero-plastic,

📦 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched (for Couriers, Royal Mail 24 & 48).
Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class don’t offer full tracking updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch, please get in touch with your name and order number.
📦 International Shipping
If you’re ordering outside mainland Great Britain, please check your country’s import rules for live plants and soil.
Some areas (Northern Ireland, EU) may require phytosanitary certificates or border inspections. We currently cannot supply these certificates.
We cannot refund orders delayed, charged, or confiscated during import.
Don’t worry, our plant-free kits and gifts travel beautifully internationally with no paperwork needed!
📦 Delayed or Special Delivery
Want your order held for a special occasion? Just leave a note or drop us a message, and we’ll hold it until you need it.
📦 Failed or Missed Deliveries
We aren’t responsible for parcels failed or missed due to:
Incorrect address
Not being in to accept delivery
Loss/damage in a safe place
Extended or rearranged delivery windows
Late ordering, leaving insufficient processing and delivery time
Choosing a delivery service that isn’t suitable for your address or area
In some cases, we can contact the courier for updates, but this may delay delivery.
📦 Damaged Items
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo as soon as possible. We’ll help sort it out. View our Returns Policy here
